HearNow.Live provides high-definition, low-latency audio directly to event attendees on their own phones and listening devices. How Do I Use HearNow.Live?

Scan the QR Code to load the broadcast on your mobile device. Use your own headphones and enjoy the show! No need to rely on a shared headphone service.

Do I Need to Download a Separate App?

No. HearNow.Live is a web-based service, so it runs on any mobile device or internet browser.

Can I Use HearNow.Live On My Phone? How About a Laptop or iPad?

Yes, yes, and yes! The web-based player works on any operating system on any device.

Will This Meet Hearing Assistive Listening System Standards?

Yes. HearNow.Live broadcasts are high-definition and extremely low-latency, providing clear and intelligible audio suitable for accessibility needs.

Can I Run a HearNow.Live Broadcast If a Room Doesn’t Have a Traditional A/V Setup with Speakers and Amplification?

Yes. You can use wired or wireless microphones to capture audio just for HearNow.Live.

Do Presenters Need to Wear Any Specific Equipment?

No. Presenters will use the microphone(s) in the room, just like any other session.

How Does In-Room Q&A Work?

Handheld microphones allow for audience Q&A as normal.
